I was able to restore very bad, old VHS footage of a documentary called (“Secrets Of The Moche”) on the Ancient Moche People of Peru. It was barely viewable and the sound was very bad quality. I was able to salvage most of it and fix it up so it can be viewable again. I included a little slide show of Moche culture artifacts found in the site the documentary speaks of.

The cuneiform inscriptions on the statue mention the name of King Ashurnasirpal II as the temple’s builder. Τhe lion was discovered by Archaeologist Sir Henry Layard in 1849-50 AD. According to researchers, since 2500-2000 BC; the lion was regarded as a symbol of kingship, in Mesopotamia. Depictions of the Mesopotamian lion show that it was an important symbol of Ancient Iraq. It is depicted in Ninevan reliefs.
The lion of Babylon is a statue at the Ishtar Gate in Babylon. The lion has an important association with figure Gilgamesh, as demonstrated in his epic. Babylonian goddess Ishtar was represented driving a chariot drawn by seven lions. This 15-ton lion symbolises goddess Ishtar (Assyrian goddess of War).
Several reliefs feature lions, including the Lion Hunt of Ashurbanipal, a famous group of Assyrian palace reliefs with numerous small narrative scenes, now in the British Museum. In throughout the history of Mesopotamia, lions have been widely used in sculpture to provide a sense of majesty and awe, especially on public buildings.
Lions were bold creatures and many ancient cities would have an abundance of lion sculptures to show strength in numbers as well. According to the Museum Curator; Sketched by Poynter while on display in the British Museum and used as a model for the lions edging the steps on Solomon’s fabled throne, in his various painted versions of the Old Testament descriptionof the meeting of Solomon and the queen of Sheba.

The European Commission lifted the ban on labelling GMO in foods. Now we don’t know if they use insect flower or other harmful stuff in food products, let alone genetically modified corn flower or any other GMO stuff. I don’t know what to buy. We can’t grow everything in the city, that’s ridiculous.
